Imagine a sunset in front of the bay of Sant Antoni, the sky lighting up with colors and, in the background, a needle playing vinyls that marked the musical history of Ibiza. That is exactly what SUN SETS x EIVISSA proposes, a unique event that pays tribute to the great José Padilla, the DJ who turned the island’s sunsets into a legend.
It is a tribute party organized by Eivissa Echoes, with the support of the City Council of Sant Antoni, the Association of DJs and Producers of Ibiza and Formentera (DIPEF) and EarthPercent and aims to be an initiative that unites music, sustainability and Ibizan tradition.
In addition, all sessions will be 100% vinyl, using Padilla’s personal collection. Therefore, this is a unique opportunity to listen, as he did, those songs that defined the essence of chill-out and the most authentic spirit of Ibiza.
This is a charity event, since 100% of the donations and profits will be donated to sustainable projects on the island.
