Bring your body and heart to the next sessions of SOS Yoga Ibiza

Next Saturday and Sunday at 10 am, you are invited to participate in the SOS Yoga Ibiza classes that are open on a donation basis, created to raise funds for the Syria refugees.

There isn’t such a gratifying feeling as a deep relaxation after such an intense season. Except, perhaps, the immense joy of helping someone who needs it… Then, imagine how it is to feel both things at the same time.

Concerned about the humanitarian crisis of people displaced from their homes by the horror of the war in Syria and the extreme situation they are going through, SOS Yoga Ibiza organizes weekly classes by donation since 2016 to help them and make their suffering a bit lighter.

SOS Yoga Ibiza is part of Ibiza Conciencia, a non-profit association formed by people from Ibiza and residents of diverse backgrounds, who met on the island collaborating for different social and environmental causes. Their mission is to create a space of consciousness and to develop social initiatives, cultural projects or activities, and any kind of action that brings light to our insular and global society.

If you want to join this extraordinary altruist movement and take any of the next classes, the schedule is the following:

Saturday 10 November at 10 am

  • Vinyasa Hatha with Roger

The class will be imparted on the wood deck next to Nassau Beach Club in Platja D’en Bossa.

Sunday 11 November at 10 am

  • 90′ Rocket Yoga with Ianire

The class will be imparted next to the river in Santa Eulària.

  • 90′ Antastha Yoga with María Angélica

The class will be imparted on the wood deck next to Nassau Beach Club in Platja D’en Bossa.

If you want to contact them for further information, you can visit their Facebook and stay alert for the upcoming events. For sure, this is the kind of activities that should count on our full support!

Namaste
