What to do this weekend in Ibiza

Still don’t know what to do this weekend on the island and it’s Friday? Don’t worry… We got you covered.

First of all, and in case you don’t feel it yet… The sun is literally “on fire” and it is getting warmer. This weekend in Ibiza and Formentera we will enjoy Spring-like temperatures thanks to an anticyclone.

So our most sincere recommendation is that you grab the summer kit and go get naked under the sun at any of the most popular beaches, which are a true paradise in winter. Cala Comte, Cala Escondida, Playa D’en Bossa, Cala Llonga, Salinas, Sant Vicent… Wherever you go, you will be the King/queen of your sand reign.

Friday 22

Burger Meets Gin

From 7:30 pm to 11:45 pm enjoy a night of burgers and Gin & Tonics, plus the live show of Silvia Operé + Mina & Miguel Farriol at OD Ocean Drive. Order freely or enjoy the full menu for 18 € including a croquette, two burgers (Chicken, Angus or Seitán) with fries, desert, and a Gyn & Tonic.

Fish & Chip Fridays

Project Social in Santa Eulalia presents the Fish & Chip Fridays. Enjoy a cod fillet in gluten-free bread crumbs, with hand cut fat chips, mushy peas and tartar sauce for 10 € only! From 12 pm to 11 pm every Friday over the winter, available all day.

Jazz concert by Pere Navarro Quintet

In the cultural centre Can Jeroni at 8:15 pm, Pere Navarro will present his latest album “Live in Madrid”, recorded last year with his quintet at Recoletos Jazz during 3 magical nights. If you want to know more, check out our full article about the concert.

Exceedingly Out of Hand

Malanga Café is ready to rock again with an explosive line up: Lorcan, Ben Fhurst, Blonde Wearing Black, Dazzla, Dj Bebé, Graham Sahara, Juan Soul, Sadeedo Music, and more…. The event promises: “Social norms no longer apply. Outrageous and lewd behaviour is expected, encouraged and rewarded.”

Sunday 24

Sunday Social Walk

This time, Walking Ibiza takes you on a journey to Atlantis & Es Vedra. Departing at 11 am and until 3 pm. Driving from San Josep to Cala d’Hort turn left on the small dirt road at the big Pine tree, with the sign ‘Torre des Savinar” under the tree. Park 50 metres on the left (in the open dirt parking lot) and you will see the group. The walk is by a 10 € donation.

Ibiza Food Factory

From 12 pm to 6 pm at the design store Sluiz, enjoy a day out tasting your favourite international dishes at any of the food stands that will bring some colours and flavours to the weekend.
