These days it is very hot, we know. With the arrival of August come moments of beach and plans, but also high temperatures, so it is essential to be aware of weather alerts and protect ourselves well from it.
Today, Thursday, August 7, the State Agency of Meteorology (AEMET) has declared a yellow alert in Ibiza from 12h to 6 pm, due to high temperatures, which may reach 36ºC. It is expected that the area most affected by the heat will be the west of the island.
In view of this situation, it is recommended not to expose ourselves to the sun for a prolonged period of time, to hydrate ourselves by drinking water and to avoid outdoor activities, as well as to look for cool places.
