The 8th edition of the “Patrimoni Gastronòmic” festival has begun and will be held until 31 March in the city of Ibiza.
Ibiza has always been—and still is—a meeting point for many Mediterranean and international cultures. Therefore, and to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Ibiza declared as World Heritage Site, this gastronomic event pays tribute to the cultural richness of the island and other cities that are also considered as world heritage and are protected by the UNESCO.
Nine restaurants are participating in this event, offering a themed menu, specially created for the occasion. The price of the menu costs €20 (drinks are not included) and consists of a starter, a main course, and dessert.
If you’re craving for Ibiza’s flavours, go to Ca n’Alfredo, Ebusus CBbC, El Hotel Pacha, or Sa Nansa. For those who’d like to try Argentinian specialties, Casa Maca is the answer. El Cigarral’s menu is inspired in Toledo, while La Cava brings Marroc to the table, and finally, Mikasa Ibiza Boutique Hotel and IT Ibiza will take you to Italy in a bite.
If you want to know in detail the menu of each restaurant or check out the map with the locations, you can see the full program, here.
Now, let the feast begin…
