In the middle of Ibiza centre, only two minutes away from Vara de Rey, there is a special place where the food takes the labels off.
The concept of NUDE Café is different from the rest of the bars and restaurants in Ibiza, because it does what everyone says, but they do it for real. Her owner, Juliette, told us that she and her partner opened NUDE two years ago, dreaming to have a place where only real good food is served, through a sincere, healthy and affordable menu. To do so, they use local, organic and ecological products, and they are dedicated to know their suppliers and promote fair trade in cooperation with the farmers of Ibiza. You can tell that is true: the eggs, the juices, the cheese and the ham… Everything has a spectacular taste.
All the details are taken care of and even the paper straws are part of this conscious and ethical management. It’s something to be proud of these days. They serve the food in a beautiful presentation, mostly in jars (it really feels like home!) to keep it fresh without using any preservatives or sugar, honouring the essence of each ingredient and its purest flavour. The bread is amazing, with cereals and seeds. They use Mahon cheese, typical spices of Ibiza like the rosemary. The juices are created to have all the vitamins you need, and they also have raw protein shakes, vegan and… gluten-free! Take a look…
Our favourite breakfasts: the ‘British Darling’ with crushed tomatoes, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, fresh spinach, bacon and sesame, and the vegan-friendly ‘Avo Great Day’ with crushed avocado, lime, coriander, cherry tomatoes, chilli peppers and sesame. They are absolutely delicious! They include a cup of coffee or tea and a fresh juice of your choice, and these breakfast options are available all day!
