RESTAURAT celebrates its 10th edition in Sant Antoni
If we wouldn’t have our mouth full, it’s all we’d be talking about on the island.

Along with the Ibiza Sabor Festival, and the Ibiza Food Factory, the last month has been a parade of flavours, and just like a fine bottle of wine, this competition gets better and better every year.

In this tenth edition, RESTAURAT wanted to pay tribute to the trajectory and to review the themes of the previous nine years. The pork slaughter, the garlic and the oil or products like the Ibizan cheese, the cabbage, and the pumpkin are the protagonists.

Bondi’s main dish: Black pork ribs with zucchini and walnuts quinoa

A professional jury will visit the participating venues and after tasting the 3-course menu that each one has created especially for the occasion, will decide by punctuation which restaurant is the winner of the contest.

El Chiringuito de Cala Gracioneta

Bondi, Can Mussonet, Hostal La Torre, and El Chiringuito de Cala Gracioneta are some of the 21 top restaurants running for the first prize. The cost for the menus is fixed on 19 € (drinks not included), which makes the relation between price and quality a good opportunity to visit a few.
