From Friday 26th to Sunday 28th of October, Amorevore will conquer the palates of those who dare to open their minds—and mouths—at this brand new festival in Ibiza.
Amorevore is intended to connect and engage the farm producers, the chefs, the restaurants, the hotels, and all the community on the island that enjoys or wants to know more about gastronomy.
Guided by sustainable principles, Amorevore will educate and entertain the guests through a delicious and surprising programme that goes from interesting talks and workshops to farmer’s markets and tastings, where chefs and artisans will showcase their products. Vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians and meat eaters, you are all welcome!
Founded by Jenna Ansell, who produces events in collaboration with Wilderness, the BBC, and Slow Food, the festival will be celebrated at Casa Maca, a 300-year-old rural boutique hotel.
The Craft Drink Collective will be showcasing five types of specially selected drinks: Hierbas, biodynamic and natural wines, gin, mezcal, and sake. And, besides the food & drinks, Amorevore will feature Ibiza’s great DJs, and acoustic live music curated by Sofar Sounds Ibiza on the main stage, where Gemma Rogers, Abdoulaye Samb, Zahra O’Shea, Dan Bentley, Bliaze, Robbie Wadge, Daiquiri Soda, and Catty Pearson will play their music.
Plus, there will be a photography exhibition named “We Feed the World” that has been created by The Gaia Foundation. You can find more information on their website.
Advance entrance tickets for adults cost €26 per day or €65 for the full weekend pass. Children under 11 go free, and tickets age 12 to 16 cost €11 per day. The Feast tickets (which include a series of five-course feasts, set at banquet tables in the hotel’s Orchard) cost 70€ per day. You can buy your tickets, here or at the venue, where prices will be a bit more expensive.
This weekend, bring your taste buds to Amorevore!
